Intro
This project was inspired by a childhood dream of our client, who sought us in 2008. We toured the Key Biscayne area, a place which held good memories of his youth. Danva took the client by the hand to execute the whole project. This was the pioneering project of Danva in Design and Build. We found the ideal lot for our client, who wished to build his dream: A modern house with a Mediterranean twist.

The amazing result was a Mediterranean style house with Mediterranean roof tile, wood decorative accent, and wall arches embedded with a mild, modern, touch of spacious and bright wide glass windows, to mention just a few of the fabulous details this luxury home entails. This luxury house has an exclusive 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Each bathroom has a unique style and decoration. This house has a 2 floor with a 3rd floor terrace with exclusive interior elevator and spacious and luxury areas of kitchen, dining and Livingroom. The exterior consists of a large patio and a pool finished in luxurious engravings.

During the 16-month construction period, a large and professional team made possible every dream embodied in the Martinellis’ designs.
